Wedgwood, Ravenna & View Ridge
North Seattle Tudor and mid-century homes. Original stucco at end of life, water intrusion at window heads, and full re-stucco scopes.

Local crews. Written scope. Fixed price.
Stucco Repair Services is based in Everett, and Seattle is a standing part of our route. The drive down I-5 or 99 puts most Seattle neighborhoods within an hour of the shop, so we can walk a property, take moisture readings, and come back with a written scope without the project stalling.
Seattle's housing stock is why stucco work stays on our calendar here. The Tudor-Revival homes that fill Wedgwood, Ravenna, View Ridge, and parts of Queen Anne were built with stucco in the 1920s and 1930s, and a lot of that original cladding is now failing at the same details: window heads, parapets, and roof-to-wall terminations. Wind-driven rain off Puget Sound works those details hard, and by the time a crack shows on the surface the problem is usually behind the wall.

The Seattle walkthrough is free, the price is written and fixed, and the work is permitted through SDCI when the scope requires it.
