Open-concept living and kitchen space after an interior renovation

Interior renovation, finished by the same crews you met on day one.

Kitchens, baths, flooring, finish carpentry, and full interior remodels. In-house crews, written scope, fixed price.

The crew on site is the crew on payroll.

Finish carpentry. Tile. Drywall. Paint. All in-house.

Most general contractors subcontract the trades that matter most on an interior remodel. We do not. Finish carpentry, tile, drywall, and paint are all in-house, which is why our schedule tends to hold and our quality stays consistent across the project. We coordinate with cabinet, countertop, and design partners on higher-end work, but the people sealing the dust barrier on Monday are the same people walking you through punch-list on Friday.

Kitchen and great room after an interior remodel

What we take on inside.

Kitchen remodels: cabinets, countertops, tile backsplashes, lighting, flooring, and the structural changes that come up when walls move. Primary and guest bath remodels: tile showers, vanities, fixtures, and waterproofing under the tile that survives the next ten years. Full or partial interior renovation: drywall, finish carpentry, built-ins, flooring, interior paint. Older-home structural updates that surface during a remodel: header swaps, post-and-beam reinforcement, subfloor repair.

We have done interior projects across Everett, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell, Mill Creek, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond.

Interior renovation: finished living room with custom built-ins, fireplace surround, and beam ceiling

Our interior renovation process.

Six stages. Written scope. Fixed price.

1. Free walkthrough. We meet you on site, look at the rooms in question, talk through how you actually use the space, and listen to what is not working.

2. Selections and pricing. We help you scope cabinet, tile, fixture, and finish choices with allowances spelled out, then deliver a fixed price with a written scope of work.

3. Permits and prep. We pull permits, set up containment with floor-to-ceiling plastic, protect floors on the path to the work area, and stage materials.

4. Demolition and rough-in. Demolition, framing changes, electrical and plumbing rough-in, inspections.

5. Finish work. Drywall, tile, cabinetry, flooring, finish carpentry, paint, fixture install. The order matters and we do not rush the steps that show up two years later.

6. Walkthrough and warranty. Final inspection with you, permit close-out, punch-list completion, and a written workmanship warranty.

Stucco, exterior, and interior renovation across Snohomish County and the Eastside.

Homeowner, Everett

Stucco repair, North Everett

Found water damage behind our stucco that two other contractors had missed. They opened the wall, fixed the framing, rebuilt the assembly, and the whole thing was done on the price they quoted.

Homeowner, Bellevue

Kitchen remodel, West Bellevue

Schedule held week to week, the crew on site Monday was the same crew on site Friday, and the final price matched the contract. We have already signed them for the primary bath next year.

Homeowner, Lynnwood

Whole-home repaint, Alderwood Manor

The prep took longer than the paint, which they had warned us about up front. Three years in and the paint still looks like it did the day they finished.

Homeowner, Mukilteo

Siding replacement, Harbour Pointe

They replaced the underlayment and added flashing details the original install had skipped. Walked us through every change order with photos before the work happened.

Property Manager, Everett

Multi-family exterior, downtown Everett

Pulled permits, ran the project on schedule, closed everything out clean. Communication was the best we have had on a multi-family job in years.
